Terms & Conditions for Open Course bookings
In order to reserve a place on an open training course Presenting Success Limited requires a booking form either in the form of an email or a completed online booking form on our website. Presenting Success Limited will confirm your place on receipt of your booking.
Payment is due on booking. Payment may be made by Credit or Debit card at the time of booking, or on receipt of invoice if your organisation has a credit agreement with us.
- All credit or debit card payments will incur a card surcharge of 2%.
- Clients wishing to make payments made from non-UK accounts or credit cards will be responsible for all bank charges in relation to an overseas transaction.
Requests to Cancel, Reschedule or Transfer
Cancellation – for requests for cancellation received by email outside 21 days of the course date, no cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation requests received between 21 and 14 days of the course will attract 75% of the course fee, and cancellation within 14 days of the course dates will attract 100% of the course fee
Re-scheduling – if a participant needs to re-schedule their attendance to a later course, then provided we are notified by email within 21 days of the course date then no additional charge will be made. Otherwise re-scheduling will be treated as a cancellation.
Transferring the place – course places may be transferred to another participant at any time up to the start of the course provided we are notified at least the working day before the course starts.
Non-attendance – non-attendance of any course for any reason is deemed to be a cancellation without notice and payment is due in full.
Cancellation or Re-scheduling of courses by Presenting Success
We reserve the right to cancel, move, or reschedule a training event or course due to circumstances that are beyond our control, such as trainer illness or low attendance. Our best efforts will be made to contact and notify participants of any alterations to their training event or course. If a training event is cancelled, we will either offer participants a future training course, or offer a full refund of the pre-paid course fee.
The course fee covers the provision of the course, a qualified and experienced trainer, the course materials, the course venue and any refreshments indicated depending on the length of the course. It does not cover any travel, accommodation or other expenses of participants which they may occur in attendance at the course.
We offer a full money-back guarantee within 3 months of the end of the course if the participant is dissatisfied for any reason with the content, trainer, or the results of the course, provided that the participant has attended all the sessions of the course.
