He is also an expert communicator as a presenter, as a negotiator, and as the author of the best-selling author of ‘Persuade’, his book about strategies to significantly increase people’s persuasiveness. He has a fascination about how people learn and how we can train and support people more effectively. Bob is an experienced trainer and coach, at all levels, and loves to use his experience and skills to make growth happen for others. He’s worked for some of the global giants including Unilever and BMW as well as many smaller organisations in many sectors.
